The ESL Council is served by up to 15 Directors – Elmer Sands Members elected at Annual General Meetings.
The Council holds formal meetings throughout the year to discuss Estate business and vote on a wide variety of proposals.
In-between meetings business is carried out on-line and by sub groups dealing with specific issues and projects (see list).
The Council manages two employees and a number of contractors to carry out the administration of the Company and the Maintenance and Security of the Estate.
We aim to maintain representation from our diverse community and Directors retire by rotation.
All registered ESL Members are entitled to serve on the Council.
